Ugh! I woke up with a headache today...! I wondered why last week I had some cravings for chocolate, etc. Duh! I started my period.....again! But...I made it through the cravings and have not strayed from program at all! Not once! I did smell the bread bag again...but I didn't indulge. My mindset has changed so much...I really think this is going to work for me! I am really never hungry and if I am...I know I will get to eat soon. It is pretty awesome.
Just wish the headache would go away!
I'm gonna go have another drink of water~
